Patient data entered into the Service remains the property of the applicable healthcare practice and is subject to HIPAA requirements.
We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any disruption caused by:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEMED SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the applicable practice for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
